Job summary

PK Property Services is hiring a full-time Custodian for the 2nd shift in Plymouth, MN. You will perform cleaning tasks, sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas, and maintain logs as required. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with benefits and company matching.

We seek reliable, motivated individuals who can lift up to 50 lbs, operate cleaning equipment, and follow instructions with minimal supervision. E-Verify and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check and E-Verify.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of operating cleaning equipment.
• Follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Certifications/licensing (if required by facility).

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning based on each facility’s needs.
• Sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Proper waste disposal.
• Maintain daily cleaning logs and reports.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to complete tasks efficiently.
