Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking an Overnight Custodian for the American Club, working onsite in Kohler, WI. This casual part-time role runs mornings and weekends, typically 4:00am to 8:00am, with duties to keep the building and grounds neat and clean.

Candidates should be prepared for training and must complete criteria before independent work. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and is located at Kohler Co.'s flagship property.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.
• Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
• Clean and maintain furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
• Clean office areas, as assigned.
• Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
• Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
• Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.
