Qualifications

• Experience as a semi-skilled handyman.

Responsibilities

• Keep building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Shovel, plow, and sand walks and steps as appropriate.
• Check doors and panic bars during hours of occupancy.
• Raise and lower flags on school days.
