Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire, Inc. (GICE) is hiring a Full Time Program Leader to oversee custodial crews at federal facilities in Southeast Georgia, including bases and government buildings.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliable service under contract standards. You will lead teams, train Custodians, coordinate with managers and case managers, and ensure timely, compliant cleaning within budget.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years custodial experience or related experience to perform essential duties.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a Class C Driver's License
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic arithmetic; strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology as required, including computers and phone/tablet applications
• Must meet all required security clearances
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial crews to complete tasks in contract compliance.
• Train custodians on tasks, time management, safety, and standards.
• Ensure staff have equipment, supplies and knowledge before shifts.
• Document timely completion of work and discrepancies using computers.
• Provide hands-on training to improve custodial techniques.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors, project management and case managers.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports for shift operations, including time/attendance and maintenance logs.
• Monitor usage of supplies/equipment and communicate needs for additional materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Contribute to organizational mission by completing related assignments.
