Qualifications

• 1–3 years custodial experience or related work experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a Class C Driver's License.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic arithmetic; strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to use technology including computers and phone/tablet applications.
• Must be able to meet required security clearances.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs; accommodate as needed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leading custodial crews to complete tasks per contract requirements.
• Training Custodians on tasks and safety practices within time limits.
• Ensure staff have equipment, supplies, and knowledge before shifts.
• Document timely completion of work and discrepancies with contract specs.
• Provide hands-on training to improve custodial techniques and performance.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors, project management, and case managers for feedback.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports (time/attendance, maintenance logs, vehicle inspections).
• Monitor supply usage and communicate needs for materials or reorders.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety procedures.
• Contribute to organizational mission by completing related assignments.
