Job summary

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a full-time Lead Janitor in Aurora, CO. The role oversees custodial training, safety compliance, and operational standards for janitorial teams, including hands-on instruction and administrative follow-up.

The position requires supervisory experience and a fixed pay rate of $20.35 per hour, with a night schedule from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. Online applications are accepted and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
• Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates and provides training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Copies training material and revises material as needed; conducts administrative tasks as requested.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation period; reviews trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
