• Must possess janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Trains custodial associates and oversees training activities.
• Provides classroom and hands-on training on safety, compliance and company policies.
• Updates training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Performs administrative tasks and maintains trainee records.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation and supports disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conducts safety performance reviews to ensure OSHA and company compliance.
