Campus Services Group in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a Custodial Events Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations on Fri, Sat, and Sun from 7pm to 7am. The role includes leading a team, operating industrial cleaning equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across facilities.

The position requires 2+ years in Environmental Services with supervisory experience preferred, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of Environmental Services experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
