Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff; plan work schedules for all shifts.
• Establish cleaning procedures; maintain inventory and distribute materials.
• Inspect work areas and ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
• Maintain shift records, reports, and related documentation; manage payroll/scheduling for seasonal staff.
• Ensure compliance with recycling policies and custodial standards; assist with snow removal.
