Job summary

UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO is hiring a Night CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures on an onsite basis. You will review orders, administer contrast, and ensure image quality while maintaining safety protocols in a fast-paced radiology department.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, licensed or registry-eligible with ARRT CT, and BLS certified.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT CT registry or registry eligible, with completion within 12 months.
• State licensure if required by law.
• BLS Healthcare Provider.
• ARRT Computed Tomography (CT).
• BLS or CPR card required through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and initiates CT images per physician order.
• Safely administers contrast media and monitors patient condition.
• Responds to and reports changes in patient condition.
• Implements imaging techniques to ensure image quality and equipment function (AART).
• May perform 3-D post-processing and report results.
