Job summary

UCHealth in Colorado Springs is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography imaging with patient-centric care on nights, onsite only. The role requires ARRT CT certification or eligibility, BLS, and graduating from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.

You will deliver high-quality imaging, ensure safety, and support the radiology team in a fast-paced ED setting. Work schedule is full-time (72 hours per pay period) with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with CT registry or registry-eligible; ARRT CT certification required within 12 months; state licensure if required.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and initiates CT images per physician order, educating patient for cooperation.
• Safely administers contrast media and monitors patient condition during procedures.
• Implements CT techniques to optimize image quality and equipment function per established radiology best practices (AART).
• May perform 3-D post-processing and document/report scan results.
