Job summary

Stream Data Centers is seeking a Critical Engineering Technician for an overnight shift. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical building systems and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The CET will read blueprints, monitor operations, write procedures, and coordinate with managers and contractors to sustain reliable facility performance.

• Technical expertise across electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Personal accountability and flawless execution of work activities.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics, and resolve equipment issues.
• Oversee work efforts (including 3rd party contractors) for safe operation and maintenance of critical equipment.
• Create and execute work orders in the CMMS for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accessible in the CMMS; cover 24/7 on-site on-call shifts.
