Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking an experienced leader to supervise technicians and optimize the operational performance of critical data center infrastructure. The role drives electrical, cooling, and safety excellence, ensuring high uptime and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor technicians, plan maintenance schedules, and implement process improvements while partnering with CFOps to meet budget and SLA targets. On-site work is required in a fast‑paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent with related experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in mechanical/electrical roles in critical facilities.
• Experience supervising foremen or senior technicians in high‑reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Data Center Technicians and Facilities Technicians to ensure uptime.
• Maintain and improve data center electrical and cooling systems for Five 9’s uptime.
• Plan and schedule operations, maintenance, and training activities.
• Ensure safety, compliance with fire and life safety codes, and QA procedures.
• Coordinate with CFOps on budgets, staffing, and SLAs.
• Develop and review MOPs/SOPs and drive process improvements.
