Job summary

Join Wellstar Health System at Columbia County Medical Center for a Full Time Night shift RN role (36 hours/week, 3/12s). A sign-on bonus is available. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, serving as a liaison between patients, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, ensuring safety, and contributing to performance improvements while maintaining professional competencies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing required; Diploma Nursing required; Bachelors Nursing preferred.
• RN license with state or multi-state/commercial compact eligibility.
• ACLS/BLS certifications required or equivalent at hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure safe, effective patient flow.
• Participate in performance improvement and professional development.
• Mentor and support junior staff and uphold confidentiality and safety policies.
