McLaren Flint Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 6S Critical Care Unit. You will assess patients, document status on admission, and develop care plans to meet acuity and safety needs.

The position is full-time, night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. ACLS certification within 6 months is required for designated units; Michigan RN licensure is mandatory. Experience in cardiac CCU or related areas is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice nursing in Michigan.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years in cardiac critical care unit or equivalent.
• Experience in cath lab or ED is preferred.
• 2 years clinical acute care experience.
• Telemetry monitoring/interpretation within last year.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to McLaren Flint nursing standards using the nursing process.
• Assesses and documents patient status on admission and ongoing.
• Develops written care plans with long and short-term goals and nursing actions.
