Qualifications

• Must hold a Michigan RN license.

• Ability to start IVs and monitor patients.
• Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to McLaren Flint nursing standards and uses the nursing process.
• Assesses and documents patient status on admission and continuously.
• Develops written care plans with long and short-term goals and nursing actions.
