Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Grovetown, GA is seeking a Full-time Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant to manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment. Collaborate with intensivists, manage patients, participate in quality improvement, and use Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative ICU team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are required.

Role:
