Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs complete history & physicals and documents in the medical record.
• Orders and collects data using appropriate assessment techniques and diagnostic procedures as indicated.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary health care team to diagnose acute and complex chronic conditions.
