Job summary

Kennedy Medical Group, Practice, PC is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the inpatient acute care hospital service. The APC collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive inpatient care and optimize patient outcomes across the continuum.

The role requires Master’s degree, national board certification (ACNP/PA-C), and BLS. Work involves nocturnal shifts and participation in professional education and rounds.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Current national board certification ACNP or PA-C.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations and document in the medical record.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and data as indicated.
• Serve as first responder for patient status changes and resuscitative interventions within scope.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage acute and complex chronic conditions.
