Job summary

Collin County Mental Health Retardation Center in McKinney, TX is seeking a Crisis Outreach Services Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in medical office, agency, or hospital with scheduling and billing knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service by answering and screening the MCOT red line and taking messages.
• Update information in medical records and greet individuals in the lobby.
• Check in for appointments and schedule appointments; perform general office duties.
• Maintain MCOT call and hospital logs; assist with patient waitlists and data reporting.
• Coordinate with community partners and triage calls to appropriate departments.
• Support crisis team with safety monitoring and information processing as needed.
