Job summary

Certified Group seeks a Courier I to safely pick up and deliver food and environmental samples between customer locations and laboratory facilities. You will use routing and delivery mobile apps, maintain chain-of-custody, and provide courteous customer service while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years courier experience preferred, and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years courier/delivery/transport experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license in state of operation.
Clean driving record with no DUIs/major moving violations in past 5 years.
Comfortable using mobile tech, navigation systems and delivery apps.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company vehicle to transport samples between customer locations and laboratory facilities.
Ensure all samples are delivered on time and in proper condition with chain-of-custody documentation.
Use routing and driving mobile app to receive assignments, follow routes, log stops, upload photos, and communicate with dispatch.
Provide professional customer service during pick-up and delivery interactions.
Follow all company policies and state/federal driving regulations.
Report accidents or vehicle issues per procedures.
Coordinate with laboratory staff on sample schedules and priorities.
Complete required FDA collections and photo documentation.
