Job summary

Certified Group seeks a Courier I to handle the safe, timely pickup and delivery of food and environmental samples to and from laboratory facilities. You will support sample integrity and daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires use of routing and delivery apps, smartphones, and navigation tools in a professional setting. Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat with start times noted.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport samples between locations.
• Ensure deliveries maintain proper chain-of-custody and are on time.
• Use routing and driving apps to receive assignments and log stops.
• Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
• Follow state and federal driving regulations and company policies.
• Report accidents or vehicle issues per procedures.
• Coordinate with lab staff on sample schedules and priorities.
• Complete FDA collections and required photo documentation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in team goals.
