Certified Group is hiring a Courier I to safely transport food and environmental samples between customer locations and laboratories. You will use a mobile app to receive routes, track deliveries, upload documentation, and communicate with dispatch.

The role emphasizes professional customer service, compliance with safety standards, and routine vehicle checks. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 11:00am-8:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years courier/delivery experience preferred.
• Active driver’s license in the operation state.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs in the past 5 years.
• Comfort using mobile technology, navigation apps, and delivery apps.
• Professional, reliable, with strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory operations preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicle to transport samples between locations.
• Maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
• Use routing app to receive assignments and log stops.
• Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
• Follow state and federal driving regulations.
• Report accidents or vehicle issues per procedures.
• Assist with routine vehicle checks for safety.
• Coordinate with lab staff on sample schedules.
• Complete FDA collections and required photo documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Support team initiatives and department goals.
• Complete required training and adhere to safety standards.
