Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor to one assigned shift of hourly employees, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and engagement.
• Supervise daily production of corrugated board, including training, planning and directing work; evaluate performance.
• Lead and motivate employees, set a safe, productive example for a quality product.
• Communicate operational information clearly to crew, supervisors, management, and external partners.
• Promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and other programs.
