NaphCare is seeking a part-time night shift Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Pasco County Detention Center in Land O Lakes, Florida. The role involves supervising nursing staff and coordinating care for residents while working with correctional officers and medical professionals.

Qualified candidates hold a Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time RN experience with nursing principles and patient safety.
• Active BLS CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred).
• Holds a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Florida.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate shift activities and supervise nursing staff.
• Assess patients, administer medications, manage emergencies, and follow protocols.
• Perform health screenings, monitor vital signs, document histories, and develop care plans.
• Provide direct patient care during rounds and coordinate services.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy living.
