BWH Hotels is hiring an onsite Security Officer to safeguard employees, visitors and property at its corporate offices in Phoenix, AZ. The role includes monitoring access, patrolling facilities, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year security experience and a High School diploma. Night shift work at both North Phoenix and HQ locations is available with health and retirement benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year security experience in commercial or corporate environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification.
• CCTV and Access Control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fire alarm panel systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees and visitors as they enter BWH facilities.
• Control access by monitoring all entry points and grounds.
• Monitor and ensure badges are worn by all personnel and visitors.
• Patrol parking areas, grounds and entry points for breaches and hazards.
• Log security events to track incidents.
• Ensure safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Assist Administrative Services with equipment inspections and meeting setup.
