Compensation starts at $18 per hour with weekly benefits and paid training. Requirements include at least 6 months security experience, a valid Arizona driver license with clean record, an active Guard Card, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Arizona driver license with clean driving record.
• Active Arizona Guard Card.
• Excellent customer service and ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following safety procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site and perimeter.
