Insomnia Cookies is hiring as a Cookie Crew Member in Tulsa, OK. You’ll be part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero, welcoming guests, baking, packaging, and delivering warm cookies and treats to meet quality standards.

Roles involve handling in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders, operating the register, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety. Evening, late-night, weekend shifts are common; great energy and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, restocking supplies or helping a teammate.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver a friendly experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
