Insomnia Cookies in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to be part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. You’ll welcome guests, bake and package warm cookies, and accurately handle in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain food safety certifications as required by location.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make interactions memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever the team needs you and help restock or move the line.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, in partnership with the Shift Leader.
