Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow production sheets and menus.
• Food handlers' card within 30 days for Banner Staffing Services.
• Must follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to standardized recipes.
• Plans production timing and quantities based on orders and menus.
• Minimizes food waste and tracks shortages.
• Checks temperatures and enforces safety requirements.
• Maintains par levels and restocks items.
• Keeps work areas clean and orderly; reports repairs.
• May receive deliveries and oversee production quality.
• Provides leadership to kitchen staff and supports cafe/catering work.
