Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Cook, Full-time, for Sunday - Thursday, 10pm-6:30am. Join a team with a family culture and opportunities to grow while delivering high-quality meals with attention to presentation and safety.

Responsibilities include assembling ingredients, cooking methods, maintaining sanitation, and supporting daily and holiday menus; pre-employment drug testing applies; EOE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years cooking experience including food preparation
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and safety practices
• Exceptional food presentation skills
• Familiarity with general kitchen equipment
• Strong work ethic and high energy
• Team-oriented, family culture

Responsibilities

• Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experience
• Assemble, cook, and present ingredients according to recipes
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen and proper dating/rotation of food items
• Prepare ingredients and cook using grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling methods
• Attend to order detail and presentation
• Contribute to daily, holiday, and theme menus with the team
