Job summary

Ventura Foods seeks an Industrial Electrician/Maintenance Tech for the Nights shift. You will install, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems across plant machinery, following electrical codes and schematics. Proficiency with PLCs and test equipment is essential.

You will work onsite in a manufacturing environment, performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while adhering to GMPs and FSMA standards. Strong safety practices and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment incl. PLCs.
• Proficient with ladder logic and electrical safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, overhauls, modify and maintain electrical and mechanical systems across plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot, program and maintain PLCs to ensure uptime and quality.
• Inspect and test electrical equipment, lighting, circuits, and transformers using test equipment.
• Maintain plant power distribution and perform preventive maintenance on panels.
