Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry is seeking an industrial maintenance electrician to repair, maintain, and install equipment across the facility. Night shift is preferred, with possible day shift openings.

The role requires troubleshooting controls, reading blueprints, and performing safety-compliant electrical work in a refrigerated environment. Responsibilities include wiring, installing equipment, maintaining documentation, and training peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months industrial electrical experience, including PLC, VFD, analog and advanced controls.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and industrial blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and safety.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to work in refrigerated environments (45–50°F).
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot industrial controls, three-phase motor circuits, and basic electrical systems.
• Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical distribution systems and equipment.
• Wiring and hookup of disconnect switches, push buttons, circuit panels, breakers, suppressors, and transformers.
• Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals to complete projects.
• Assist with installation or modification of equipment.
• Identify opportunities for electrical system improvements.
• Use hand and power tools to diagnose, adjust, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Review work orders and document work performed.
• Provide training to peers as requested or needed.
• Attend maintenance meetings and trainings; follow safety policies.
