Post Consumer Brands in Battle Creek, MI seeks a seasoned Controls Engineer for the third shift to support safe, reliable plant performance. You will program, troubleshoot, and upgrade Rockwell PLCs and HMIs, and collaborate with maintenance to drive continuous improvements.

This hands-on role requires schematics reading, wiring diagrams, and experience with Rockwell PowerFlex VFDs, FANUC equipment, and industrial networks.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with PLC controls, HMIs, industrial networks, and manufacturing equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of NEC, ANSI, OSHA, NFPA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Program, troubleshoot, and improve Rockwell Automation PLC systems across process, packaging, and utility equipment.
• Design, program, and update Rockwell FactorySuite HMI interfaces and related controls applications.
• Diagnose day-to-day production issues and complete minor modifications to controls server systems.
• Set up and tune PID loops, and install and maintain instrumentation for flow, level, temperature, and weight.
• Maintain electrical control programs, drawings, and plant controls standards.
