Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to coordinate the client site workforce, liaise between client managers, the local office, and contract staff, and help ensure smooth operations.

Earn a base salary of $54,000–$65,000 with potential $2,000 bonus; benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, PTO, holidays, parental leave, and employee discounts. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Manage the temporary workforce at the client site.
• Assist with internal and client reporting.
• Utilize Aerotek resources to resolve conflicts.
• Perform various customer service activities.

As an On Premise Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
