Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an On Premise Manager to supervise the temporary workforce at the client site and act as liaison among client managers, the local office, and contract employees.

You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs and supplying quality contractors, while performing reporting and conflict-resolution tasks on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Liaise between client managers, local office and contract employees, including attendance at client meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.

As an On Premise Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $64,000-$67,000as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
