Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of San Diego seeks a Night Shift Contract Compliance Supervisor to oversee nightly janitorial operations across San Diego County. You will supervise QA Officers, ensure tasks meet client standards, train staff, and enforce safety protocols.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and a company vehicle is used for site travel. The role is full-time and exempt, with a salary range of $70,304–$75,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Bi-lingual: Spanish and English.
• Strong leadership and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate night shift QA Officers to complete scope of work.
• Perform quality control inspections to meet standards.
• Train and mentor staff; enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Address client issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, staff performance, and supplies.
• Drive company vehicle between sites.
• Communicate with bilingual staff and clients.
