City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Night Shift Contract Compliance Supervisor to oversee nightly cleaning operations across San Diego County. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, attention to safety, and ensuring contract scopes are fulfilled to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent Spanish and English, has 5+ years of management experience, and excels in coordinating staff, ICs, and contractors while maintaining strict scheduling and reporting using Microsoft

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift QA Officers (CCOs) to ensure client scopes are completed.
• Perform quality control inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Train, develop, and mentor staff; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Address client issues quickly and professionally; maintain scheduling.
• Maintain records of schedules, performance, and supply usage.
