The position requires BCSP certification, 5+ years managing construction site safety, First Aid/CPR/AED, and strong communication skills. This is a temporary W-2 full-time style engagement with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• BCSP Cert & 5 years' experience in jobs with 100% of time managing construction site safety.
• Mission Critical Experience (Required).
• Up to date First Aid / CPR / AED Certification.
• Great communication skills (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular site safety audits and prepare formal audit reports using our Safety Reports software.
• Coach employees on-site to use safe work practices, in compliance with federal guidelines and company regulations.
• Monitor the performance of safety critical tasks. Work with the Contractor to ensure proper safety best practices are being implemented.
• Represent the client's best interest related to site health and safety at all times.
• Report safety incidents and conduct investigations when deemed necessary.
• Conduct Safety Orientation for personnel as needed.
