Job summary

Mars Incorporated, Kansas City plant, is seeking a Conformance Technician for the night shift to support Nutro processing and quality systems.

You will monitor packaging and processes, perform analytical testing, and contribute to QFS compliance. The role reports to the shift manager within the production team.

Required high school diploma, strong communication, and ability to work independently and in a team; pet food experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect processes and packaging according to QFS policies and standards.
