Bridge Senior Living is hiring a Concierge in Mentor, OH. You will greet residents and visitors, manage the front desk sign-in/sign-out, handle calls, and coordinate deliveries or guests with staff.

The role supports a courteous environment for residents and guests. The position offers a $3.00 shift differential for the 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift, referrals, tuition reimbursement eligibility after three months of full-time employment, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance options

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform Residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate Residents’ requests for assistance - referring to other staff as necessary.
