Job summary

dsm‑firmenich in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Compounder for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00pm–7:30am; Fri morning). You will operate blending equipment, read instructions, and help produce flavor or fragrance products with precision.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of packing/compounding experience, GMP/HACCP knowledge, forklift skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience handling chemicals preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP processes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet most of day.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending and filling equipment to produce flavor/fragrance products.
• Read and follow blending instructions for precise formulations.
• Use SAP and computer systems to manage transfers, inventory, and labels.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operating procedures.
