Job summary

Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in Wray, CO seeks a Companion/QMAP to provide non-medical resident support in an assisted living community, while upholding safety and residents' wellbeing.

Your responsibilities include medication assistance (training provided), personal care, housekeeping, meal support, companionship, health monitoring, and clear documentation and reporting. Night shift, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Colorado Qualified Medication Administration Personnel requirement.
• BLS & First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities
