Job summary
Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team in California. The role requires at least four years of commercial plumbing experience and offers second-shift hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 2 p.m.
to 10:30 p.m., with overtime available. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to travel between jobsites and field operations. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, installing fixtures and water
Qualifications
- Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
Responsibilities
- Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct
- Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
- Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters
- Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes
- Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
- Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines
- Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
- Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
