Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and fix routine mechanical or operational problems.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly with production teams.
• Experience reading and following job tickets, specifications and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust and run 6-Pocket and 12-Pocket Collator machines per production schedules.
• Review tickets and requirements to prepare equipment and materials for each run.
• Monitor machine performance, feeding and alignment; make safe adjustments for quality output.
• Identify routine issues and coordinate repairs with Maintenance as needed.
• Conduct basic quality inspections and maintain production records and reports.
• Support training of new operators and promote safe work practices.
