Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with GMP and PPE requirements. This position requires flexibility for night/weekend shifts and offers solid growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's using money, weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions in standardized situations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, customer orders, and requisitions to determine items to move or distribute.
• Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas.
• Sort and store items on racks or shelves according to size, type, or product code.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for packing and shipping.
• Maintain inventory records and operate computer to enter records.
