The Paris Group is seeking a Coffee Production Roaster for night shift at our Kansas City facility. You will roast coffee beans, develop profiles, and ensure flavor consistency across batches while adhering to quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience as a coffee roaster, and familiarity with roasting equipment. Certifications such as the Specialty Coffee Association are a plus, and the team offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Coffee Roaster or similar role in the coffee industry is a plus.
• SA certification (e.g., Specialty Coffee Association) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment.
• Develop and execute roasting profiles to achieve flavor characteristics.
• Adjust roasting parameters to maintain consistency and quality.
• Monitor and record roasting data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA to troubleshoot roast/profile issues.
• Manage green coffee inventory and rotation.
• Maintain a safe, clean production area.
