Job summary

Anomatic Corporation in New Albany, OH seeks a production operator to ensure efficient operation of plastic metalizing lines on the night shift. You will monitor all steps of the metalizing process to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include setting up lines per job cards, coordinating with team, performing inspections of color, adhesion, and finish, doing preventive maintenance, and keeping accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow specific instructions for paint measurement and preparation.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer operations.
• Able to work overtime on short notice and on weekends.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up line per job card requirements and ensure continuous operation.
• Communicate with team about operating conditions and paint mixtures.
• Monitor metalizing process for color, adhesion, and finish quality.
• Clean machines and perform preventive maintenance.
• Keep line clean and store equipment properly.
• Document parts produced, scrap, and paint consumption.
• Support Take Off team with raw parts and inform of issues.
• Perform basic line troubleshooting under guidance.
• Perform other duties to support production.
