Anomatic is seeking a production line operator to support the plastic metalizing process on the shift. The role emphasizes efficient line setup, continuous machine operation, and adherence to color and finish quality as required by job cards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate basic maintenance skills, ability to follow paint preparation instructions, and reliable teamwork with cross-functional colleagues to maintain line readiness and output quality throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to follow specific instructions for paint measurement and preparation.
• Computer proficient—Microsoft Windows based operations.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in industrial paint application is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up the line per job card requirements and ensure continuous operation of machines.
• Communicate with team on operating conditions, paint mixtures, and any shift issues.
• Monitor each step for color, cross-hatching, adhesion, and appearance quality.
