Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of machine operation/manufacturing experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours, work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Perform quality checks and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed.
